Care Foundation and Charitable Trust Hosts Eid Milad-un-Nabi (ﷺ) Celebration at Tagore Hall, Srinagar
Srinagar, September 14, 2025 – Care Foundation and Charitable Trust organized a spiritually uplifting and dignified gathering to mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) at Tagore Hall, Srinagar. The blessed event witnessed the participation of local residents, prominent religious leaders, and distinguished guests who came together to honor the teachings and exemplary life of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ).
The program commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by naats in praise of the Prophet (ﷺ). Eminent speakers addressed the gathering, emphasizing faith-driven service to humanity, social responsibility, and the values of compassion, love, and brotherhood that form the essence of the Prophet’s life.
In her keynote address, Ms. Mehjabeen Nabi, Chairperson of the Foundation, highlighted the mission and welfare initiatives of the organization, stating:
“Eid Milad reminds us of the universal message of mercy, love, and humanity. Through such gatherings, we not only express our spiritual devotion but also renew our commitment to serving the weaker and underprivileged sections of society.”
The Chief Guest, Mr. A.R. Hanjura, lauded the social work of Care Foundation and urged the public to actively support such welfare efforts. He underlined that religious gatherings are not only a means of spiritual enrichment but also play an essential role in fostering social harmony and interfaith understanding.
A brief multimedia presentation showcased the Foundation’s recent welfare projects in education, healthcare, and support programs for low-income families. The gathering drew enthusiastic participation from volunteers, well-wishers, and members of the community, reflecting the growing commitment towards collective social service.
Organizers noted that public events such as Eid Milad-un-Nabi celebrations also help raise awareness about welfare initiatives and serve as a platform to engage new volunteers.
